Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of production workers (approx.15 people), organising work, delegating duties and controlling work efficiency.
• Training of new employees.
• Setting up and commissioning machines for required production parameters.
• Supervising the correct operation of machines and equipment by operators.
• Analysing the performance of individual machines and seeking to optimise it.

• Monitoring the quality of manufactured products.
• Liaising with other company departments in order to optimise production.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.

Our expectations:

• Minimum secondary education,
• A minimum of one year experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (packaging industry will be an advantage),
• Experience in managing a team (minimum 10 persons),
• Knowledge of operation and adjustment of production machines,
• Computer and MS Office skills,
• Ability to organise one’s own work and the work of a subordinate team,
• Ability to plan and solve problems,
• Willingness to work 2 shifts
